The MKO-500-Y air compressor pipeline Filter Element takes the oily compressed air produced by the main engine into the cooler, and enters the oil and gas filter element through mechanical separation for filtration. The oil mist in the gas is intercepted and polymerized to form oil droplets concentrated at the bottom of the filter element. Return to the compressor lubrication system through the oil return pipe, so that the compressor discharges more pure and high-quality compressed air; in short, it is a device to remove solid dust, oil and gas particles and liquid substances in the compressed air.
Class C-General protection particles as small as 1 micron, including coalesced liquid water and oil, provide a maximum residual aerosol content of 0.6 mg/m3 (<0.5 ppm) at 21°C.
