E5-32 Hankison precision Filter Element is a kind of filter equipment material which can remove impurities such as oil and water in the air by adsorption and coagulation filtration principles. Hankson oil removal filter element is mainly composed of filter paper, framework, sponge and other components. Generally, the material of the filter is the same as that of the connected process pipe. For different service conditions, the filter made of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel can be selected.

Hankson filter element filtration grade Description:

Grade 9 - suitable for filtration of large amount of liquid and 3 micron size agglomerate (5 ppm w / W residual oil content) two-stage filtration

Stage 1: two stainless steel perforated tubes for 10 micron mechanical separation

Stage 2: deep fiber media to remove 3 micron solid and liquid particles

Grade 7 - suitable for filtering liquid water and oil. It can filter solid particles as small as 1 micron (1.0 ppm w / W residual oil content) by two-stage filtration

Stage 1: alternate layers of fiber media and media filter screen to filter out larger particles

Grade 2: multi layer epoxy resin bonding mixed fiber media, coalescing oil mist and filtering solid particles.
