We support non-standard customization and welcome samples or drawings for processing and customization.

Q: What are the materials of filter cartridges? What are the corresponding precision ranges?

Answer: According to the classification of filter materials, there are: oil filter paper: 10-50um, glass fiber: 1-70um, HV glass fiber: 3-40um, metal mesh: 3-500um, sintered felt: 5-70um, wire gap filter: 15-200um.

Q: How do customers choose the appropriate filter size when making their own filters?

Answer: We need to provide the flow rate, pressure, external dimensions, accuracy, filtering medium and other parameters of the filter designed by the customer. We will provide the customer with the selected filter element size and quantity based on the filter size.

Q: Is there any difference between filtering kerosene, gasoline, diesel filters and general hydraulic oil filters?

Answer: The sealing material used for the filter element is different. Generally, nitrile rubber is sufficient for the sealing ring of hydraulic oil filter elements, while fluororubber rings are required for filtering media such as kerosene, gasoline, and diesel.

Q: Can a regular oil filter be used to filter cutting fluid?

Answer: Cutting fluid is made by blending cutting fluid oil with water, and plays a role in lubrication, cooling, cleaning, rust prevention, etc. during the cutting process. The main impurities in the used cutting fluid are metal shavings and powder. The filter element and filter material used for this medium are generally made of 304 stainless steel, and the end cap skeleton of the filter element is made of carbon steel material, which requires special BH treatment.

Answer: Our filter cartridge uses two types of filter materials to choose from: domestic South Glass Fiberglass and imported HV Fiberglass.
