HQ25.600.12Z Filter Element adopts high-quality 304 stainless steel folding mesh filter material, with two specifications of filtration accuracy of 25 microns and 50 microns. Adopting a quick connect installation method, it facilitates users' daily maintenance of the filter. This filter element is suitable for filtering media such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, water, and ethylene glycol. It can effectively filter impurities such as dust, iron filings, and adhesive substances in oil.
Structure and Process
Ripple fold design: The filter layer usually adopts a corrugated (pleated) structure to increase the filtering area, and the pleated height generally does not exceed 20 millimeters.
Material and Strength: The main material is mostly stainless steel, which has high coaxiality, strong compressive strength (conventional pressure difference is 0.35-0.4MPa, special filter can withstand high pressure difference of 32-42MPa), and high temperature resistance (up to 135 ℃).
