The SO-643VA5 separator Filter Element is a multi-layer composite filter element used for liquid-liquid separation (such as oil-water separation) and removal of solid particle impurities in fluids. It is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, aviation fuels, and natural gas processing, and can effectively improve fluid purity and equipment operation safety. ‌

The coalescing separation filter achieves efficient dehydration and impurity removal through three stages of "coalescing settling separation". Its core structure includes a coalescing layer and a separation layer:

Agglomeration stage: The oil-water mixture flows through a hydrophilic agglomeration layer (such as glass fiber, polyester fiber), and small water droplets are agglomerated into larger water droplets. ‌‌

Settlement stage: Large water droplets settle to the water tank under the action of gravity, and initially separate from the oil phase. ‌‌

Separation stage: The remaining small water droplets pass through a hydrophobic separation layer (such as stainless steel mesh, polytetrafluoroethylene), allowing the oil to pass through while the water droplets are intercepted, achieving deep dehydration.

Filter layer: further removes solid particle impurities, with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 μ m~50 μ m.

Support layer: Provides mechanical strength, commonly made of stainless steel or high-strength plastic materials. ‌‌
