The QYL-3910-B stainless steel cooler belongs to the B-type tube cooler, and the built-in cooling coil adopts a double coil tube. After a first stage cooling, the sample water temperature is reduced to below 100 ℃. Due to the small temperature difference between the sample water and the cooling water, the wall thickness of the sample water pipe can be appropriately reduced, the effective length is long, and the effective cooling area is large. At the same time, because the wall thickness of the sample water pipe is 1.5mm, it can achieve very good cooling effect. After two-stage cooling, the temperature of the sample water is not higher than the inlet temperature of the cooling water by 2 ℃.

The QYL-3910-B cooler is mainly used for cooling and reducing the pressure of high-temperature and high-pressure wastewater in steam water sampling devices. Through the five stage scaling pressure reduction of the cooling water pipeline in the wastewater expansion vessel and the cooling of the fins on the cooling water pipeline, the wastewater pressure is not greater than 0.2 MPa and the temperature is less than 50 degrees.
